Shipping Policies

At Trincos, we’re dedicated to delivering your orders safely and on time with Free standard shipping on all purchases above $2000.  

Shipping Method & Duration  

Our orders are shipped via reliable logistics partners. Depending on your destination, the final leg of delivery may be handled by a local courier.  

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond Trincos’ reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or regulatory actions.  
Please note that tracking updates may not appear during certain stages of transit, but rest assured your order is on its way.  

Shipping Address Guidelines  
Ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up to date before placing your order. While P.O. Boxes are accepted for most deliveries; some items such as large packages, high-value goods, perishable items, or age-restricted products may require a physical address or signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.  

Processing & Tracking  

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will move into processing. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days, after which you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery estimates are shown on your confirmation page and may vary slightly depending on location, customs clearance, or weather conditions.  

Risk of Loss and Title  

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier by the distributor. Trincos does not operate warehouses and does not physically handle products unless expressly stated.  

International Duties & Taxes  

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay required customs charges may result in shipment delays or returns.  

Delivery Delays & Assistance  

We strive to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, external factors like transport delays or flight issues may occasionally affect delivery dates.  

If your order hasn’t arrived or shows “Delivered” but has not been received, please reach out to Trincos Customer Care within 50 days from your order date. Our support team will assist in coordinating with the distributor and carrier to investigate the matter.  

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments  

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or failure to pay applicable duties, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees where applicable.
